it is our first time to Beo Crescent Market. Had our lunch there and here's what we had..
fried carrot cake ($2) - from the market
imo: good
recommended by my youngest sister.
had not eaten black carrot cake for so long and this was good.
the sweetness was just right and the carrot cake was soft.
duck noodle soup ($2) - from the market
imo: so so
the duck soup is not tasty. so-so.
fried hokkien mee ($3) - from the coffeeshop beside the market
imo: good
Fried Hokkien Mee is recommended by ieatishootipost guys.
indeed, the "wok hei" is there, can taste the lard (lots of lard) & lots of dao gei
not too bad.. but $3 is abit little tho.
