dim sum places are very popular in hong kong. round the clock you will see people crowding dim sum restaurants, catching up with friends, taking time to read their newspapers and drinking their chinese tea. not in a hurry, taking their own sweet time.

went to this nice dim sum place in singapore. it was a weekend morning and to our surprise the place was not crowded at all and food was good.
